Founded in 2021 by Michelle Bradbury
Michelle Bradbury knows that one of the biggest challenges businesses are facing is retaining employees. After working over 10 years in the field of Human Resources in manufacturing Elkhart County. I branched out to start my own business as a HR consultant. Elkhart is a community that thrives on the entrepreneurial spirit and it is in that spirit that I want to serve small businesses in this area. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management in Human Resources from Indiana Tech while working full time and raising her family. Her approach to work is all about keeping it simple, realistic and doable, and personal motto is work smarter not harder.
